About Our Methodology
The True Reputation Score is a comprehensive 0-100 rating that aggregates multiple data sources to give you a single, trustworthy measure of a local business's reputation.
How It Works
We collect ratings and reviews from Google, the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and social media. Each source is normalized to a 0-5 scale so they can be compared fairly.
Our AI then analyzes the actual text of reviews to produce a sentiment score that goes beyond simple star ratings, and we factor in how recent the reviews are.
Each factor is weighted, summed, and scaled to produce a final score from 0 to 100.
