About Our Methodology
The True Reputation Score is a 0-100 rating that combines a practice's verified Google reviews with Florida license verification — so you can compare licensed chiropractors on real patient feedback, not proximity.
How It Works
We start with the practice's Google reviews — the average star rating and how many reviews it's earned. The rating is the largest factor; review volume adds confidence on a scale that gives diminishing returns, so a practice can't buy its way up with sheer review count.
We then verify each chiropractor against the Florida Department of Health license database — confirming an active license and a clean board record. Only licensed, active practitioners are ranked.
Those factors are weighted, summed, and scaled to a final score from 0 to 100. Practices we can't verify a Google rating for are left unranked rather than shown a made-up number.
Scoring Factors
Google Rating
The practice's average Google star rating — real reviews from real patients. This is the largest factor in the score.
Review Volume
How many Google reviews the practice has, on a logarithmic scale with diminishing returns. More reviews mean more confidence in the rating.
License & Credentials
Verified against the Florida Department of Health: an active chiropractic license, a clean board record, and any specialty certifications on file.
